This special evening is all about embracing the vibrant, renewing spirit of spring through a thoughtfully curated selection of wines. Expect bright citrus notes in a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, floral and fruit-forward elegance in a beautiful Rosé, and the light red fruit character of Pinot Noir—a refreshing contrast to the richer profiles of winter.
Guiding you through the tasting is Chris Reid, a seasoned wine expert with over 20 years in the industry. His relaxed, knowledgeable approach makes this the perfect night out for anyone looking to learn more about wine or simply enjoy a delicious lineup in good company.
To elevate the experience, each pour wil be paired with a spring-inspired selection of cheese and charcuterie, sourced from local producers. Think fresh, flavourful bites that perfectly complement the wines and the season.
