From local shops to the streetscape, there’s a lot to love from the inside out! Throughout February, enjoy over 100 paw-sitively playful messages celebrating love, local merchants, and our best buddies too! The messages are featured on window decals and displays from Collingwood to Larch. #ILikeTheWayYouRoll #Meow+YouFurever
We’re giving away sweet prizes from Broadway merchants throughout month of love!
How to enter to win the West Broadway prize package:

- Take a photo of or with a heart decal on Broadway (hint: find fun-loving expressions from Collingwood to Larch)

LOVE YOUR CITY CONTEST
Celebrate love for your city and the amazing small businesses that make your heart happy 💕
17 Business Improvement Associations across the city have teamed up to host the annual February contest all about love in Vancouver, BC. And this year we are rediscovering and reconnecting with the city by playing tourist for the month. So, get out those cameras, maps and passports and come fall in love with Vancouver all over again.
Along the way, maybe meet a new friend, call up someone to head to a neighbourhood with or text a friend who’s far away with a ‘wish you were here. It’s all about reconnecting with the city and the people you love.
Oh, and did we mention there’s a grand prize of Vancouver goodies, valued at over $4000 to be won?!
Giveaways and love installations start February 1st, 2026 – follow along for updates.
How to enter to win the citywide grand prize:
This February we will be featuring neighbourhoods/ Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) in Vancouver on Instagram for you to rediscover. On each giveaway post, follow the instructions for a chance to win the grand prize.
For additional entries, visit the neighbourhoods throughout the month to collect stamps on your passport. When you go, give yourself a stamp for what you did in the area.
For example:
– Got coffee at Federal Store = A coffee stamp on the Mount Pleasant page.
– Visited Melanie Auld Jewelry in Kits = give yourself a shop local stamp on the West 4th page.
– Snapped a pic at the giant candy hearts on Granville St = give yourself the Art + Activation Stamp on the South Granville page.
You can either print out your stamps and passport pages or play digitally on your phone. Head to the link here for downloads and exact directions on how to use the passports and stamps.
Note: no purchase is necessary for additional entries, photos of the exterior of businesses will suffice.

Giveaway ends February 28th, 2026, at midnight.
Open to individuals aged 19+ in the Greater Vancouver area. Winners must pick up prizes in Vancouver, BC (no shipping or delivery).
Winners will only be contacted via an official BIA account. Beware of scams—never share credit card info.
