The countdown to the FIFA World Cup 26™ is officially on and the Volunteer Program applications are now open!
With more than 378,000 people around the world already expressing interest, the excitement is building across the three host countries, and right here in Vancouver. Volunteers will be at the heart of the tournament, creating an unforgettable fan experience and leaving a lasting legacy for our community. This is truly a once-in-a-generation opportunity to be part of the world’s biggest sporting event.
Why Volunteer?
The FIFA World Cup 26™ will be the largest volunteer program in FIFA history, with around 65,000 volunteers across all host cities. Vancouver is looking for individuals from all walks of life – students, retirees, first-time volunteers, and seasoned veterans alike.
Volunteers will bring their energy, passion, and commitment to roles such as:
