The Fringe Café’s enduring presence on Vancouver’s ever-evolving West Broadway adds another layer of comfort for regulars, some of whom ordered their first drink at the bar more than two decades ago. The bar’s funky, mismatching decor remains unchanged, too. Stepping inside is like entering a time warp — retro touches and objects left behind by customers create an eclectic, homey atmosphere.
