This Saturday The City of Vancouer are running a Reuse and Recycling Drop-off at Kitsilano Secondary School from 10am-1pm.

When: Saturday, Oct 14 – 10am to 1pm
Bring your small appliances, power tools, reusable clothing, and more to our free Reuse and Recycling drop-off event this Saturday.
There will also be a Halloween-themed swap event, so don’t forget to bring any unwanted costumes and decorations.
At this drop-off event, we will accept the following items for reuse and recycling:
- Computers
- Laptops
- Tablets
- Computer peripherals (mouse, keyboard, and so on)
- Cables chargers for devices
- Video game consoles
- Printers and scanners
- Smartphones and tablets
- Computer monitors (no televisions)
- Servers and network equipment
- Household batteries
- Ink and toner cartridges
- Reusable shopping bags
- Razors and razorblades
- Smoke and CO detectors
- Writing instruments (pens, markers, and so on)
- Reusable clothing, shoes
- Power tools
- Small household appliances
We will not accept these items:
- Books
- Electronics (such as televisions and audio equipment)
- Digital media (CDs, videos, cassettes, and so on)
- Light fixtures and light bulbs
