White Spot
General Manager: Anu Deol
Year Established: 1928
It all started with a visionary named Nat Bailey, who transformed his Model T into a travelling lunch counter to serve hungry sightseers at Vancouver’s Lookout Point. He founded the restaurant chain in 1928 with it’s first drive-in at Granville and 67th. By 1955, White Spot was serving 10,000 cars a day and 110,000 customers a week.
The now iconic restaurant chain is famous with kids and adults alike for their burgers, milkshakes, and pirate paks. Kits General Manager Anu Deol has been a dedicated and proud member of the white spot family for 15 years. “At the heart of our business is an incredible passion for serving the highest quality, unique tasting food.” White Spot is Canada’s longest running restaurant and arguably the most enduring and successful restaurant chain in North America.
